PROCESS FOR OBTAINING AN IMPLANT OF FACIAL CELLULAR FILLER OF AUTOLOGOUS DERMAL FIBROBLASTS WITH AUTOLOGOUS FIBRIN FOR THE REGENERATION OF CREASES, ACNE SCARS, FACE/NECK WRINKLES AND SKIN DEFECTS.
The present invention provides a process for generating a dermo-aesthetic treatment for regenerating face wrinkles, which is formed by human analogous fibrin and autologous fibroblasts cultured in vitro and its application as filler in dermo-aesthetic treatments by means of the production of new human collagen from the implementation of autologous fibroblasts and human fibrin. Despite the latest advances in the surgical and non-surgical interventions, the dermo-aesthetic treatment still is a problem difficult to address due to the use of face fillers of synthetic/animal origin. The face cellular filler implant is defined as a novel process formed by a three-dimensional network of hydrophobic hydrogel (autologous human fibrin) in suspension, which promotes an encapsulation/support/transport of the autologous fibroblasts to be implanted in the papillary dermis. This three-dimensional structure in suspension of autologous human fibrin provides a high absorption of water, release of fact ors/nutriments and an excellent micro/macro viability environment of the autologous fibroblasts contained in this suspension: with the purpose of producing new collagen fibres in wrinkles, philtrum, acne scars, stretch marks.
