The present invention relates to a composition including undecylenic acid and/or conjugated linoleic acid for the prevention or treatment of degenerative neurological disorders including Alzheimer's disease, to a composition for inhibiting calpain activity, and to a method for inhibiting calpain activity. The composition according to the present invention includes at least one fatty acid selected from undecylenic acid and conjugated linoleic acid as an active ingredient, and exhibits the effects of inhibiting calpain activity, and can thus be useful for the prevention and treatment of degenerative neurological disorders including Alzheimer's disease.La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant un acide undécylénique et/ou un acide linoléique conjugué pour la prévention ou le traitement de troubles neurologiques dégénératifs comprenant la maladie d'Alzheimer, une composition permettant d'inhiber l'activité des calpaïnes, et un procédé permettant d'inhiber l'activité des calpaïnes.
