The present invention relates to a cosmetic device using plasma and iontophoresis. A plasma generator suppresses the action of a protein (e.g., E-cadherin) which functions to regulate intracellular binding in the skin, and an iontophoresis electrode portion changes an electrical environment of the skin so that iontophoresis occurs by forming a potential difference in the skin. According to the present invention, iontophoresis is generated due to a potential difference formed in the skin in a state where a barrier function of the skin, which plays a role of keratinocytes of the skin, is suppressed by plasma, and thus drugs and cosmetics are easily transmitted through the skin to the dermis and transferred effectively.본 발명은 플라즈마 및 이온토포레시스를 이용한 미용장치에 관한 것으로, 플라즈마 발생기로 피부 내의 세포간 결합을 조절하도록 작용하는 단백질(예컨대, E-카데린)의 작용을 억제하고, 이온토포레시스 전극부로 피부에 전위차를 형성하여 이온 삼투압이 발생하도록 피부의 전기적 환경을 변화시킨다.본 발명에 따르면 피부의 각질형성세포가 역할하는 피부의 장벽 기능을 플라즈마에 의해 억제한 상태에서 피부에 형성되는 전위차에 기인하여 이온 삼투압이 발생하므로 치료나 미용을 위하여 피부에 국소적으로 도포된 약물이나 화장품 등을 피부 진피까지 쉽게 투과시키고 효과적으로 전달할 수 있다.
