Embodiments of the invention relate to a device including a pressure field stimulator and a roller massager. The pressure field stimulator has a cup and a driver, where the driver is configured to vary a volume of the cup. The roller massager comprises a flexible sheath and a roller disposed adjacent the flexible sheath. In some embodiments, an enclosure is disposed around the roller where the enclosure includes an opening through which the roller protrudes. In some embodiments, the roller is disposed on a threaded shaft, mechanically coupled to a motor, within the enclosure.
