PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic which can develop brilliant fluorescent color and further has excellent transparent feeling (clear feeling) and to provide a novel coloring material for a cosmetic which is suitable for the cosmetic.SOLUTION: A makeup cosmetic comprises: (A) one or two or more oil-soluble dyes selected from the group consisting of Red No. 218, Red No. 223 and Orange No. 201； (B) particles of a specific material selected from hydroxyapatite, calcium carbonate, a metal oxide (provided that an iron oxide is excluded) and silica； and (C) an oil component, wherein the blending amount of the pigment is 0.5 mass% or less and the blending amount of water is less than 1.5 mass%.
