Disclosed are an X-ray generation apparatus for intra-oral X-ray imaging, a guide holder, and an X-ray imaging system comprising the same. The X-ray generation apparatus for intra-oral X-ray imaging according to the present invention, which irradiates X-rays to an object to be imaged in the oral cavity from the outside of the oral cavity, comprises: one body part; and a plurality of X-ray sources which are arranged in different positions of the body part and irradiate X-rays to the to-be-imaged object at the same angle or different angles, wherein each of the plurality of X-ray sources irradiates X-rays forming an X-ray image of one frame for the to-be-imaged object. The intra-oral X-ray imaging system according to the present invention comprises: the X-ray generation apparatus; an X-ray sensor apparatus which is disposed opposite to the X-ray generation apparatus with the to-be-imaged object interposed therebetween in the oral cavity, and detects the X-rays irradiated by the X-ray generation apparatus in units of frames; and an image processing apparatus for creating and displaying at least one of a two-dimensional transmission image, a tomosynthesis image, and a three-dimensional CT image for the to-be-imaged object as a result of the frame-by-frame detection by the X-ray sensor apparatus.
