A stable personal care composition in the form of a substantially anhydrous oil matrix having improved spreadability that may comprise a hydrocarbon wax, a polar oil, and a non-emulsifying silicone elastomer. The weight ratio of the hydrocarbon wax to the polar oil is from about 0.01 to about 0.5.
