PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a separation performance on dirt such as extra oils and fats on a food surface.SOLUTION: A food treatment device performs a treatment by supplying air bubbles to a food product immersed in treatment water. The food treatment device includes a treatment bath in which a food product is immersed in treatment water, and an air bubble generation part for generating micro-bubbles as air bubbles and supplying them to the food product.
