PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device using a semiconductor heater as a technique for allowing uniform heating and for rationalizing installation work with respect to the subject of heating.SOLUTION: The heating device includes a strip semiconductor heater (10), which is an electric semiconductor heater in the form of a strip, and longitudinal support members (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20) for supporting both widthwise ends of the strip semiconductor heater (10) to increase tension that is created in its longitudinal direction. The longitudinal support member may be a gutter-shaped member (20) that forms a cylindrical body, with both longitudinal ends of the strip semiconductor heater (10) secured thereto.
