PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular frozen product manufacturing apparatus and a granular frozen product manufacturing method for manufacturing frozen product by feeding the items to be frozen into low temperature liquefied gas to freeze it into particles without requiring any regulation in flow through a trough as well as a pumping up of low temperature liquefaction gas by a pump.SOLUTION: A granular frozen product manufacturing apparatus 100 of this invention manufactures granular frozen product by freezing the product to be frozen that is fed into low temperature liquefaction gas, it has a conical part 1 in which an inner peripheral wall shows a curved surface of which diameter is reduced downward and having an opened lower end and shows a feature including a storage tank 3 for storing the low temperature liquefaction gas an agitating mechanism 5 for agitating low temperature liquefaction gas in the storage tank 3 to form a turning flow a raw material dripping mechanism 7 for dripping raw material as the frozen product to the low temperature liquefaction gas forming the turning flow and as frozen product extracting mechanism 9 for extracting the frozen product frozen while being settled and moved in the low temperature liquefaction gas through the opening part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ポンプによる低温液化ガスの汲み上げや樋などによる整流を必要とせずに、被凍結物を低温液化ガスに投入して粒状に凍結させた凍結物を製造する粒状凍結物製造装置及び粒状凍結物製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る粒状凍結物製造装置100は、低温液化ガスに投入された被凍結物を凍結させて粒状の凍結物を製造するものであって、内周壁が曲面で下方に向かって縮径して下端が開口した円錐部1を有し、前記低温液化ガスを貯留する貯槽3と、貯槽3内の低温液化ガスを攪拌して旋回流を形成する攪拌機構5と、該旋回流が形成された低温液化ガスに前記被凍結物として原料を滴下する原料滴下機構7と、該投入された前記被凍結物が前記低温液化ガス中を沈降及び移動しながら凍結した凍結物を前記開口から抽出する凍結物抽出機構9とを備えることを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1
