The present invention relates to an apparatus for heating and cooling whole bean curds, and more specifically, an apparatus for heating and cooling whole bean curds, in which a series of processes can be performed in a single body, the series of processes comprising: mixing bean powder and water, stirring and steaming the same； cooling steamed soy milk and transferring the soy milk to a mixing barrel； and injecting the soy milk through a discharge port in a container, packaging and sterilizing. To this end, according to the present invention, a steaming barrel and a mixing barrel are formed on a main body； the soy milk discharged from the discharge port connected to the steaming barrel is injected automatically into a container held inside a container holder； the container is then sealed with a film, the sealed container is then placed on a support by a transport cylinder and an raising cylinder； the container placed on the support is then moved inside a heating tank and a cooling tank through a support bar of a container movement support operable by the transport cylinder and raisable cylinder； the container contained inside the heating tank slowly turns into a whole bean curd while remaining therein at temperatures of 60-80°；C for 30-40 minutes； the container is then moved inside the cooling tank, in which the formation of whole bean curds completes.
