PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried processed meat product which is restorable by addition of hot water or water even in the case of having a fat layer and a larger thickness compared with conventional ones and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A processed fatty meat product is bound to a lean meat so as to form a fat layer. As a result, the dried processed meat product can be restorable by addition of hot water or water even in the case of having a fat layer and a larger thickness compared with conventional ones.
