The present invention provides a T-cell receptor, which is capable of binding to a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 27 or to a complex of the above peptide and HLA-A24, and including the respective amino acid sequence of CDR1~CDR3 respectively represented by sequence number 1~3, or the respective amino acid sequence of CDR1~CDR3 respectively represented by sequence number 4~6, as the complementarity determining regions of α chain; and including the respective amino acid sequence of CDR1~CDR3 respectively represented by sequence number 7~9, or the respective amino acid sequence of CDR1~CDR3 respectively represented by sequence number 10~12, as the complementarity determining regions of β chain. Further, the present invention provides a T-cell receptor, which is capable of binding to a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 28 or to a complex of the above peptide and HLA-A02, and including the respective amino acid sequence of CDR1~CDR3 respectively represented by sequence number13~15, as the complementarity determining regions of α chain; and including the respective amino acid sequence of CDR1~CDR3 respectively represented by sequence number 16~18, as the complementarity determining regions of β chain.本發明提供一種T細胞受體,其為能與具有序列編號27所示之胺基酸序列的胜肽或該胜肽與HLA-A24之複合體結合的T細胞受體,該T細胞受體包含作為α鏈之互補性決定區域之以序列編號1至3分別表示之CDR1至CDR3之各胺基酸序列、或以序列編號4至6分別表示之CDR1至CDR3之各胺基酸序列,且該T細胞受體包含作為β鏈之互補性決定區域之以序列編號7至9分別表示之CDR1至CDR3之各胺基酸序列、或以序列編號10至12分別表示之CDR1至CDR3之各胺基酸序列。又,本發明提供一種T細胞受體,其為能與具有序列編號28所示之胺基酸序列的胜肽或該胜肽與HLA-A02之複合體結合的T細胞受體,該T細胞受體包含作為α鏈之互補性決定區域之以序列編號13至15分別表示之CDR1至CDR3之各胺基酸序列,且包含作為β鏈之互補性決定區域之以序列編號16至18分別表示之CDR1至CDR3之各胺基酸序列。
