PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for an injection syringe which enables a smooth operation of a general injection syringe by one hand and is appropriately compatible with delicate injections.SOLUTION: An adapter 1 used by attaching to an injection syringe 2 comprising a syringe 21 and a plunger 22 includes a fixing member 3 fixed to the syringe 21 and a movable member 4 supported by the fixing member 3 to move in a central axis direction of the syringe 21. The injection syringe with the adapter is configured to be operational by holding it in a holding way of a pen that uses an index finger, a middle finger, and a thumb when the adapter is attached to the injection syringe. The fixing member 3 comprises a plate-like body 3a bent into a C-shape in a cross section and a pair of clip pieces 5 which are fixed to both ends of the plate-like body and are constituted of a leaf spring bent into a C-shape just as the plate-like body 3a.
