The present invention relates to an optical system for evaluating concentration of skin parameter comprising full wavelength lights, a detecting probe with multidirectional cable, a fix element for fixing direction and a detecting elementThe present invention also relates to a method for evaluating physiological parameter concentration and distribution of skin, which comprises the following steps: (A) providing one full wavelength light (B) scattering the lights onto a tested skin (C) detecting a multi-directional reflective light from the tested skin, and conversing the total reflective light into a total absorption coefficient and scattering coefficient (D) collecting the distribution information of multi-directional skin chromophores concentrations and (E) quantifying the multi-directional physiological parameter concentrations of the tested skin through an first equation illustrated in the present specification. The method of the present invention can further evaluate the skin disease and the efficacy of skin cosmetic treatments by different directions of the physiological parameters of concentration.本發明係有關於一種可有效率評估不同皮膚組織深度之光學特性(吸收與散射),並獲得生理組織的功能性參數之光學系統,包含:寬頻光源、多方向光纜偵測探頭、方向定位元件及偵測元件。本發明係亦有關於一種評估皮膚生理參數濃度及分布之方法,包含:(A)提供一個寬頻光源;(B)將該些光源散射至一受試皮膚上;(C)偵測多方向該些光源於該受試皮膚所反射之反射光,並將該不同方向之反射光轉換為多組吸收光譜及散射光譜;(D)獲得不同方向的皮膚組織吸收與散射性質之分佈資訊;以及(E)透過第一運算公式由各方向之吸收光譜換算出該受試皮膚之各項生理參數濃度。本發明之方法更能藉由不同方向之生理參數濃度以用於皮膚相關疾病之檢測與皮膚美容效果之評估。該第一運算公式如本發明說明書所述。
