The invention relates to amateur and sports fishing at longitudinal and transversal movement in different water layers in the main jig and special tackles with soft artificial or natural baits. A U-like two-leg resilient rod of one of forms (1) with an ear for a fishing line (5) at the first leg can join in a joint assemblage: soft natural or artificial baits (25) of materials of different resiliency, fishhooks (27, 28, 29), plummets (30) and other devices. The rod can have an open-ended contour or a closed one and a U- fastening (19). The bait put on has two areas whereto the second leg of the rod (48, 50) penetrates and is arranged along the longitudinal axis and in the general plane of the rod, in doing so the both legs are directed to the head of the bait, and general segment thereof to the tail. The bait on the rod keeps its flexibility and shape, integrity thereof is damaged in a small degree, a direction of moving and slipping of the bait from the rod (J) is opposite to the direction of forced drawing off (H) thereof. An ear of the rod as a semi-loop or a loop according to shape thereof can hingedly join or shift further along the rod any devices with an ear as an opening, put on the end of any of the legs, and also dismountably connect any devices, put on the ear through break-through openings thereof, which correspond to the dimensions of the ear. The technical result consists in a reliable arrangement on the main rod of soft baits of different types and preserving natural shape, flexibility and integrity thereof in the assemblage due to fast hinge connection to the rod and substituting fishhooks, plummets and other devices possible adjoining of several fishhooks in the same assemblage and in different parts of the bait possible assemblage onto one rod and substitution of artificial and natural baits varying according to type thereof distance of throwing the tackle and forced carrying out thereof by different methods and in any directions and water layers.В
