The invention provides a latanoprost-containing aqueous pharmaceutical composition filled in a filter-equipped container and with the adsorption of latanoprost by the filter being prevented. In the latanoprost-containing aqueous pharmaceutical composition filled in the filter-equipped container, a nonionic surfactant is contained in the composition and the filter is made from at least one material selected from the group consisting of polyether sulfone, polyvinylidene fluoride, polycarbonate and polytetrafluoroethylene.
