In the latanoprost-containing aqueous pharmaceutical composition filled in the filter-equipped container, a nonionic surfactant is contained in the composition and the filter is made from at least one material selected from the group consisting of polyether sulfone, polyvinylidene fluoride, polycarbonate, and polytetrafluoroethylene.
