PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain harvesting system capable of suppressing unevenness of brown rice and obtaining brown rice with a high grade.SOLUTION: A combine harvester (1), a dryer (3), a huller (4) and a measuring classifier (5) are connected by Internet, and information of a lodging rate of grain culms obtained at a harvest time with the combine harvester (1) is sent to the dryer (3), the huller (4) and the measuring classifier (5) via Internet. When a lodging rate of grain culms is less than a prescribed rate, grains threshed with the combine harvester (1) are charged into a first dryer (3A) followed by hot wind-drying for a prescribed time.
