The present invention provides a method for producing a nanofiber support and a fish collagen/synthetic polymer composite nanofiber support produced through the method, wherein the method comprises a first step of dissolving a synthetic polymer in an organic solvent; a second step of producing a fish collagen solution by dissolving fish collagen in water; a third step of adding and mixing the synthetic polymer solution produced from the first step in the fish collagen solution produced from the second step; and a fourth step of producing a nanofiber support by electrospinning the mixture produced from the third step. The composite nanofiber support can exhibit higher mechanical stability than existing nanofiber supports including synthetic polymer ingredients and constitutes a cell culturing environment similar to that of a living body, wherein three-dimensional cell culturing efficiency such as cell adhesion, cellular viability, and cell distributing efficiency is remarkably improved, and an excellent biomimetic function is exhibited so that the same is appropriate as a three-dimensional cell-culturing support. Accordingly, a three-dimensional cell-culturing method using the fish collagen/synthetic polymer nanofiber support of the present invention is appropriate as a three-dimensional cell-culturing model which can be used in testing drug sensitivity and studying the formation, growth, spread, and death of cancer cells. The same can be used in studying the development of a biological tissue which can recover or replace a part or all of bones, cartilages, blood vessels, bladder, skin, and tissues such as muscles.본 발명은 합성고분자를 유기용매에 용해시키는 제 1단계; 피쉬콜라겐을 물에 용해시켜 피쉬콜라겐 수용액을 제조하는 제 2단계; 상기 제 1단계에서 제조한 합성고분자 용액에 제 2단계에서 제조한 피쉬콜라겐 수용액을 첨가하여 혼합하는 제 3단계; 및 상기 제 3단계에서 제조한 혼합액을 전기방사하여 나노섬유 지지체를 제조하는 제 4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 나노섬유 지지체 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 피쉬콜라겐/합성고분자 나노섬유 지지체를 제공한다.상기 복합 나노섬유 지지체는 기존의 합성고분자 소재의 나노섬유 지지체보다 높은 기계적 안정성을 나타낼 수 있으며, 생체와 매우 유사한 세포배양 환경을 조성하여 세포부착능, 세
