Disclosed are a cheekbone cutting guide template for a cheekbone surgery and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the cutting guide template, which guides to a correct location of a cutting line on a cheekbone, includes the steps of: a) generating a three-dimensional image file of a skull of a patient (S110)； b) executing cutting simulation of cutting a cheekbone on a correction area on the three-dimensional image of the skull (S120)； forming the shape of the cutting guide template comprising a template main body (100) and a cutting guide slit (200) after executing the cutting simulation (S130)； and d) manufacturing the cutting guide template by using the shape data of the generated cutting guide template (S140). 광대뼈 수술용 광대뼈 절단 가이드 템플릿 및 그 제작방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 광대뼈 수술용 광대뼈 절단 가이드 템플릿 및 그 제작방법은, 광대뼈 수술에 있어서, 광대뼈 절단선의 정확한 위치를 가이드 해주는 절단 가이드 템플릿을 제작하는 방법으로서, a) 대상 환자의 두개골 3D 이미지 파일을 생성하는 단계(S110)； b) 상기 두개골 3D 이미지에서 교정부위 광대뼈를 잘라내는 절단 시뮬레이션을 행하는 단계(S120)； c) 상기 절단 시뮬레이션 후 템플릿 본체(100), 절단 가이드 슬릿(200)으로 구성된 절단 가이드 템플릿의 형상을 생성하는 단계(S130)； 및 d) 생성된 절단 가이드 템플릿의 형상 데이터를 이용하여 절단 가이드 템플릿을 제조하는 단계(S140)；를 포함한다.
