The present invention relates to a cartridge adapter comprising a first dual barrel cartridge, a housing, an adapter, and a second dual barrel cartridge. The first dual-barrel cartridge includes two openings and is located within the housing. The housing includes a first fastening element. The adapter includes two inlets facing the two inlets. The two inlets are individually installed and communicated within each of the two openings of the first dual barrel cartridge. Each of the two outlets communicates with two inlets. The second dual barrel cartridge includes two openings and a second fastening element complementary to the first fastening element of the housing. The two openings of the second dual barrel cartridge communicate with the two outlets of the adapter.
