To automatically detect a lesion with high accuracy in diagnosis using an ultrasonic image.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device for performing diagnosis using a tomographic image of a subject includes an image generation part for generating a tomographic image on the basis of data acquired from the subject, and a detection part for executing processing for detecting a lesion from the tomographic image.
