The present invention relates to a device for continuously heating a fluid or a mixture of a liquid with gas by using steam. The device has one introduction opening and one discharge opening and comprises: a first tubular circuit where a mixture of a fluid to be heated or a liquid with gas is circulated； and a second tubular circuit where a heated steam is circulated. In particular, the liquid to be heated may be milk or chocolate, and the mixture with gas is preferably air-bubbled milk. The first tubular circuit comprises a section (2) having both closed end parts (5, 14) and is spirally wound on a periphery of at least one section of an axial length of a first hollow cylindrical body (1). Moreover, the device comprises a second hollow cylindrical body (3) coaxially receiving both the first hollow cylindrical body (1) and the spirally wound section (2) of the first tubular circuit. The second hollow cylindrical body (3) has both closed end parts (8, 16) and has a radial passage (21) making connection between a cavity of the first hollow cylindrical body (1) and a cavity of the second hollow cylindrical body (3).
