PURPOSE: An environment-friendly plant cultivation system is provided to maximize a germination speed and a growth speed of a plant by creating a germination condition and a growth condition precisely by managing a germinating part and a growing part separately.CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly plant cultivation system(100) comprises: an accommodating space having a germinating part(A-1) for a germination inside, and a growing part(A-2) for growing a cultivating room(10) having an inlet installed with a front opening/closing door in one side, and a discharging hole installed with a back opening/closing door in the other side a rail frame(20) supporting trays for multiple trays to be moved to the discharging hole along the rail a cultivation water supplying device(30) supplying cultivation water to a germinating part and a growing part distinctively for a plant accommodated in the tray a heating and cooling system(50) creating a temperature- cultivating environment in the accommodating space and a cultivation light supplying device(60) supplying cultivation light to the growing part of the accommodating space. The cultivation water supplying device comprises: a storage tank storing flowed cultivation water a first cultivation water supply line extended to the germinating part a second cultivation water supply line extended to the growing part a first cultivation water supply valve controlling the first cultivation water supply line selectively a second cultivation water supply valve controlling the second cultivation water supply line selectively a first cultivation water spray nozzle spraying the cultivation water into the germinating part of the accommodating space and a second cultivation water spray nozzle spraying the cultivation water into the growing part of the accommodating space. An audit window(18) is installed in the environment-friendly plant cultivation system to confirm a growing state of the plant of the growing part in the cultivating room with t
