PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein effective use of natural energy is essential at present and it is widely known that stability of energy is insufficient even though solar power generation and wind power generation except hydraulic power generation are attained, and consequently stable supply of safe natural energy being independent from thermal power generation and nuclear power generation is urgently required at low cost.SOLUTION: In Japan, water always flows in lots of rivers since water is abundant. Through the use of the water, hoses are connected for flowing water from an upstream water source to a downstream water reservoir, water flows down to the downstream water reservoir while mixing air bubbles with the water in the hoses, and such the air bubbles in the hoses are entered into the downstream water reservoir to generate a rising water stream. Accordingly, stable and safe natural energy can be supplied at low cost by the use of energy of the bubble rising water stream.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】自然エネルギーの有効利用が不可欠な現在、水力発電以外では太陽光発電、風力発電等が実現しているが、エネルギーの安定性においては劣ることが広く知られている。火力や原子力に依存しない安価で安定した安全な自然エネルギーを供給することは急務である。【解決手段】日本は水が豊富で年中河川に水が流れており、その水を利用し、上流の水源から下流の貯水場へ水を流すためのホースを繋ぎ、ホースの中で水と気泡を混合し下流の貯水場へ流すことで、ホースの口から下流の貯水場の中へ気泡が出ていき上昇水流が発生する。この気泡上昇水流のエネルギーを使用することで安定した安全な自然エネルギーが安価に供給できる。【選択図】 図1
