PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard administrator whose connection structure allows connection of an axle case to a steering cylinder in simple structure and has no problem in intensity.SOLUTION: An onboard administrator 1 comprises: a running vehicle body 2 an axle housing 30, arranged below the running vehicle body 2, having therein an axle for transmitting driving force to a pair of right and left front wheels 3L, 3R and a cylinder housing 40, arranged in front of the axle housing 30, that holds a steering cylinder 22 for interlocking the pair of right and left wheels to move in a horizontal direction. The cylinder housing 40 has a first cylindrical fitting portion 41 extending backward, and the axle housing 30 has a second cylindrical fitting portion 42 extending forward.
