PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling in a walking type mower including a first mowing device having an engine, and a second mowing device disposed at a lateral side of the first mowing device.SOLUTION: An engine 3 includes an output shaft 3a facing the vertical direction of a machine body. The output shaft 3a of the engine 3 is disposed at an inverse side of a side where a second mowing device K2 is located, with respect to a longitudinal direction L passing through a machine-body vertical shaft core of a first mowing blade spindle 31 of a first mowing device K1 along the longitudinal direction of the first mowing device K1. A gear interlock mechanism for transmitting drive force of the output shaft 3a to the first mowing blade spindle 31 is provided.
