PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw cutter having rotary disk blades placed along a cutter shaft and a raking shaft and supplying waste straw along cutting parts of the rotary disk blades to cut the straw, wherein raking of the straw to each cutting part is carried out in high efficiency to perform an accurate cutting action.SOLUTION: Disk blades 3, 4 rotating in crossed state D for each cutting space to cut straws are placed along a pair of the cutter shaft 1 and the raking shaft 2 parallelly arranged opposite to each other and a rotation speed of the cutter shaft 1 is made to be higher than that of the raking shaft 2. In the straw cutter having the above structure, a chip part 6 of a raking part 5 placed in each space of the disk blades 4 of the raking shaft 2 is larger than the rotational radius K2 of the disk blade 4 to protrude the chip end outward. When the chip part 6 is positioned at a cut-starting point M, the chip part is nearly perpendicular to a line L connecting the cut-starting point M and a cut end point P to make an angle &theta, forms an inclined attack angle &alpha toward the cutting direction relative to the radiation direction H of the raking shaft 2, and is inserted into each gap of the disk blades 3 of the cutter shaft 1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】カッター軸と掻込軸に沿って刃盤を配置して回転し、これら刃盤回転による切断部に排稈を沿わせるようにして供給し切断処理する排稈カッターにおいて、各切断部への排稈の掻込を効率良く行わせて、正確な切断作用を行わせる。【解決手段】平行状に相対向する一対のカッター軸1及び掻込軸2に沿って、切断間隔毎に交差D回転して切断作用を行う刃盤3,4を配置し、前記カッター軸1の回転を掻込軸2よりも高速回転とした排稈カッターにおいて、掻込軸2の各刃盤4間隔部に設ける掻込体5の先端部6を、刃盤4の回転径K2よりも大きくして外方へ突出させ、該先端部6が切断開始点M位置の時、切断開始点Mと切断終了点Pとを結んだ線Lに対して略直交状θで、かつ、掻込軸2の放射方向Hに対して切断方向へ向けて傾斜の向かい角αを形成して、カッター軸1の各刃盤3間隔部に介入して回転させることを特徴とする排稈カッターの構成とする。【選択図】図1
