PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma generation apparatus which radiates plasma to an affected part in a human body.SOLUTION: A plasma generation apparatus 100 includes: an electrode body E10 a holder 110 and a high voltage power source 120. The electrode body E10 includes: a cylindrical electrode 10 a tubular insulation member 20 and an internal electrode 30. The cylindrical electrode 10 has an injection needle shape. An outer diameter of the cylindrical electrode 10 is equivalent to an outer diameter of a general injection needle. An inner surface S2 of a tip of the cylindrical electrode 10 is exposed without being covered by the tubular insulation member 20.
