The method for producing sesame oil with reduced benzopyrene of the present invention comprises: washing selected sesame seeds from which impurities have been removed using a grain washer； A roasting step of heating the washed sesame seeds at 140-180°C and frying them for 20-30 minutes； Cooling the stir-fried sesame to 70-80°C using a blower； A milking step in which the cooled sesame seeds are introduced into a milking machine and compressed and milked while maintaining a milking temperature of 55 to 65°C； A primary filtering step of filtering the milked sesame oil by filtering the milked sesame oil with a filter mesh of 400 mesh to 600 mesh； A second filtration step of filtering and purifying the primary filtered sesame oil using a filter network of 0.8 μ to 1.2 μ； A third filtration step of injecting the second filtered sesame oil into a filter house by placing a plurality of cartridge filters in a stacked structure at high pressure but repeating the filter 3 to 20 times； It consists of a packaging step for packaging the third filtered sesame oil. The method for manufacturing high purity sesame oil with reduced benzopyrene according to the present invention configured as described above is performed by performing milking of the washed and dried raw sesame seeds using a milking machine at 115°C to 125°C, and then performing a pretreatment filtration process to use a filter house. By removing various impurities such as fine particles contained in the oil milked through the circulating filtration process, there is an advantage that it is possible to provide sesame oil having an improved sensory function while minimizing loss of beneficial components to the human body.
