The present invention relates to a plate for osteosynthesis. The plate for osteosynthesis includes: a first plate (10) where an opening is formed for a bone to be fixed a second plate (20) formed as a curve and provided with an opening for the bone to be fixed and a connecting portion (30) capable of connecting the first plate and the second plate to each other, wherein contact parts of the connecting portion (30) connecting the first plate (10) and the second plate (20) to each other include coupling portions (40) whose angles can be adjusted in accordance with the shape of the bone. The coupling portion (40) is serrated, and thus the adjustment of the angle can be performed in accordance with the shape of the bone. In addition, since the present invention is used with the angle adjusted in accordance with the shape of the bone, plate protrusion or separation after surgery can be prevented and a fracture part can be effectively fixed during the surgery. The present invention can be unlimitedly applied to all patients without limitation. Accordingly, plate selection can be completed within a short period of time and surgical efficiency can be improved.골 접합용 판에 있어서, 상기 골 접합용 판은 뼈를 고정할 수 있는 개구가 형성된 제 1플레이트(10) 곡선으로 형성되고 뼈를 고정할 수 있는 개구가 구비된 제 2플레이트(20) 상기 제 1플레이트 및 제 2플레이트를 연결할 수 있는 연결부(30) 상기 제 1플레이트(10)와 상기 제 2플레이트(20)를 연결하는 연결부(30)의 서로 맞닿는 부분은 뼈의 형태에 따라 각도를 조절할 수 있는 결합부(40)를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 결합부(40)는 톱니모양으로 형성되어 있어 뼈의 형태에 따라 각도의 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 골의 형태에 맞춰 각도를 조절하여 사용함으로써, 수술 후 플레이트의 돌출이나 이탈을 방지할 수 있어서 수술시 골절 부위를 효과적으로 고정 할 수 있고, 성별 및 인종 등에 한정되지 않으며, 다양한 사람들에게 적용 할 수 있으므로 플레이트를 선정하는 데에 많은 시간이 소요되지 않아 수술의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
