Provided are a composition for heat shock protein expression inhibition including a peptide including an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No: 1, a peptide including an amino acid sequence having a sequence identity of 80% or greater to the amino acid sequence, or HSP-binding peptides, which are peptide fragments of the above-mentioned peptides, and a method of performing heat shock protein expression inhibition by using the composition.
