A cellular therapeutic agent that contains stem cells derived from placenta decidua or menstrual fluids, for use in the treatment of urinary incontinence, where stem cells derived from placenta decidua have the following characteristics: (a) show immunophenotypes positive for CD29 and CD90, but negative for CD31 and CD45； (b) show positive immunophenotypes for Oct4, SSEA-4 and Crypto-1； (c) they develop fixed to plastic, showing morphological characteristics of round or spindle shape, and forming spheres in SFM medium so that they are able to be maintained in an undifferentiated state for a long period of time； and (d) have the ability to differentiate into myocytes.Un agente terapéutico celular que contiene células madre derivadas de la decidua de la placenta o fluidos menstruales, para uso en el tratamiento de la incontinencia urinaria, en donde las células madre derivadas de la decidua de la placenta tienen las siguientes características: (a) muestran inmunofenotipos positivos para CD29 y CD90, pero negativos para CD31 y CD45； (b) muestran inmunofenotipos positivos para Oct4, SSEA-4 y Cripto-1； (c) se desarrollan fijadas a plástico, mostrando características morfológicas de forma redonda o de husillo, y formando esferas en medio SFM de manera que sean capaces de ser mantenidas en un estado no diferenciado durante un largo periodo de tiempo； y (d) tienen la capacidad de diferenciarse en miocitos.
