Disclosed are a syringe needle assembly, and a safety syringe and a safety syringe apparatus using the same. The syringe needle assembly of the present invention comprises: a syringe needle having a needle tip formed at the front end thereof and a safety tube which covers the syringe needle and is connected with the rear end of the syringe needle, and which is opened in the injection direction of the syringe needle, wherein the safety tube retracts backward from the needle tip when the syringe needle penetrates into the body, and the safety tube extends toward the front of the needle tip when the syringe needle comes out of the body.
