The skin care management device, with regard to the configuration, comprises: a handle body having a motor installed therein and having a head coupling portion formed on the upper portion thereof, the motor having a shaft installed to penetrate the center of the head coupling portion and to be exposed to the outside, a plurality of electricity supply terminals being installed on the outer peripheral surface of the head coupling portion, and a switch being installed on one side of the handle body and a control unit configured such that a brush means for endowing keratin improvement, skin pore reduction, lifting effects, etc., a galvanic means for endowing effects such as epidermal layer waste material removal, basal cell regeneration stimulation, skin elasticity improvement, etc., an LED light-transmitting means for endowing biorhythm activation, skin regeneration, and wrinkle improvement effects, and a puff means having a function of improving skin attachment property of cosmetics can be selectively replaced, as needed, and used at the head coupling portion formed on the handle body, the brush means, the galvanic means, the LED light-transmitting means, and the puff means having at least one of a shaft coupling portion and an electricity grounding terminal formed thereon, the shaft coupling portion being installed to be connected to the shaft of the motor, the electricity grounding terminal being ground with the electricity supply terminals, the control unit controlling operations of the brush means, the galvanic means, the LED light-transm
