PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic apparatus that can measure a shape of a corneal posterior surface.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic apparatus of the present invention includes: a ring image imaging optical system for irradiating the corneal surface of the eye to be examined with two or more ring light of a concentric shape, and imaging two or more ring optical reflection images reflected back from the corneal surface of the eye to be examined； and an interference optical system for irradiating the eye to be examined with the measuring light, and detecting the interference light between a reflected light of the measuring light reflected from the eye to be examined and a predetermined reference light. Then, the corneal front surface shape of the eye to be examined is calculated based on two or more ring optical reflection images, the corneal thickness of the eye to be examined is calculated in two or more irradiation positions based on interference light, and the corneal posterior surface shape of the eye to be examined is calculated from these two results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 角膜後面の形状を測定することができる眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本願の眼科装置は、被検眼の角膜表面に同心状の複数のリング光を照射すると共に、被検眼の角膜表面から反射される複数のリング光の反射像を撮影するリング像撮影光学系と、被検眼に測定光を照射すると共に、被検眼から反射される測定光の反射光と予め定められた参照光との干渉光を検出する干渉光学系を備えている。そして、複数のリング光の反射像に基づいて被検眼の角膜の前面の形状を算出し、干渉光に基づいて複数の照射位置における被検眼の角膜の厚さを算出し、これら２つの結果から被検眼の角膜の後面の形状を算出する。【選択図】 図１
