PURPOSE: A spine fixing machine capable of towing a spine is provided to pressurize an adapter, which contacts the surface of an extension load, by a fixing boat to evenly distribute pressurization power on the entire extension load. CONSTITUTION: Adapters(18,19) contact surfaces of an extension load(26). The extension load includes a load tube, a free end(27), and a spring(25). The load tube is longer than the interval between spine fixing screws so that an extension distance of a rope(30) is obtained.
