PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray measuring apparatus such as a bone density measuring apparatus capable of preventing an emergency such as a forced outage due to an increase in temperature of a heat source, or delaying the generation of the emergency.SOLUTION: A sensor for measuring the temperature of a heat source (in-unit temperature) is attached to an X-ray generator as a heat source, and a sensor for measuring a room temperature (out-unit temperature) is placed at a position distant from the sensor. A message 56 is presented to a user on the basis of a combination of two temperatures, and control details 58 are also applied. The message includes an instruction of reducing the room temperature and an instruction of prolonging measurement intervals. The control details include control for changing the number of cooling fans and control for changing the rotation speed of each of the fans.
