PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing device capable of shortening a freezing time by accurately detecting timing when vibration is imparted to a body to be frozen and suppressing unnecessary cooling.SOLUTION: A freezing device 10 comprises: a cooling device 30 which cools a cooling medium R in a storage compartment 20 where a body F to be frozen is arranged a temperature sensor 40 which measures a temperature an agitation device 50 which imparts physical stimulation to the body F to be frozen and a vibration imparting device which is built in a container 24 housing the body F to be frozen and a control device 70 which instructs the physical stimulation to the body F to be frozen. The control device 70 instructs the agitation device 50 through an agitation output part to perform agitation, and also instructs the vibration imparting device built in the container through a vibration device output part to impart vibration on detecting a temperature gradient of the body F to be frozen, computed based upon a signal from the temperature sensor 40, showing that a temperature drop of the body F to be frozen becomes slow as the body F to be frozen enters an overcooled state to exceed an energy barrier and a critical nucleus is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】被凍結物への振動を付与するタイミングを正確に検出して、無駄な冷却を抑止することで、凍結時間を短縮することができる凍結装置を提供する。【解決手段】凍結装置10は、被凍結物Fが配置される収容庫20の冷却媒体Rを冷却する冷却装置30と、温度を測定する温度センサ40と、被凍結物Fへ物理的刺激を付与する撹拌装置50および被凍結物Fを収納する容器24に内蔵された振動付与装置と、被凍結物Fへの物理的刺激を指示する制御装置70とを備えている。制御装置70は、温度センサ40からの信号に基づいて演算した被凍結物Fの温度勾配が、被凍結物Fが過冷却状態となり、エネルギーバリアを超えて臨界核が発生して被凍結物Fの温度低下が緩慢になったことを示す値となったことを、検出すると、撹拌装置用出力部を介して撹拌装置50に撹拌を指示すると共に、振動装置用出力部を介して容器に内蔵された振動付与装置に振動を指示する。【選択図】図1
