PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local fertilizing machine that locally makes holes in soil in the vicinity of cultivated trees and throws fertilizer in each bored holes.SOLUTION: In the local fertilizing machine, an undercarriage 1 having a ground-traveling means 3 includes a drive means 5, a boring drill 7 and a fertilizer input means 9. The ground-traveling means is rotated and driven by the drive means, the boring drill is arranged in the vertical direction in a state in which a tip 7a is faced downward at the side of the undercarriage, the boring drill is lifted and lowered and rotated by the drive means to make holes in the vertical direction in soil in the vicinity of cultivated trees. The ground-traveling means stops rotation while the boring drill makes holes.
