Flavoring cashew nuts by roasting the said nuts first then soaking the nuts in a selected natural flavoring solution blended with water and table salt in which the cashew nut is permitted to soak from 20 to 30 minutes to absorb approximately 60 pcnt of the mixture of the natural flavoring solution then drying it in a food dehydrator thus making the flavored roasted cashew nuts packed with vitamins and minerals while leaving no traces of flavored particles left on the product.
