A fixed bolt (8) is configured on a rod tail side end of the rod blank (1A) and a penetrating hole (8C) is formed in the fixed bolt (8). A second fixed bolt (9) is configured in the interior from a tail side opening (8e) of the penetrating hole (8C). A tail side end part (4A), which extends from the peripheral face of the core material (3) towards a rod tail side, of the fiber body (4) is clamped in and fixed by the peripheral face of the second fixed bolt (9) and the inner circumferential face of the fixed bolt (8).
