The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a waterproof flowerpot by using a recycling pulp paper and, more specifically, relates to a method to manufacture a waterproof flowerpot by using a recycling pulp paper, capable of having waterproofing and water repellent properties while reducing environmental pollution and endocrine-disrupting chemicals. The present invention includes: a first step (S1) of removing moisture from a recycling pulp paper, of which humidity is 3-5%, with hot air, of which temperature is 90-100°C, for 5-7 minutes a second step (S2) of immersing the recycling pulp paper, of which moisture has been removed through the first step (S1), in an eco-friendly aqueous adhesive composite, mixed with acrylic emulsion, ethylene vinyl acetate, polysol, and water, for 2-3 minutes and a third step (S3) of forming a flowerpot shape through a molding machine by using the recycling pulp paper, which has been immersed in the eco-friendly aqueous adhesive composite, and then, completing a flowerpot by drying the flowerpot with hot air, of which temperature is 70-140°C, for 25-35 minutes.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 재활용 펄프원지를 이용한 방수성 화분의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 환경오염 및 환경 호르몬 발생을 줄이면서도 방수성 및 발수성을 가지도록 하는 재활용 펄프원지를 이용한 방수성 화분의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 3∼5%의 습도를 함유한 재활용 펄프원지를 90∼100℃의 열풍으로 5∼7분간 습도를 제거하는 제1단계(S1)와, 상기 제1단계(S1)를 거쳐 습도가 제거된 재활용 펄프원지를 아크릴에멀젼(Acrylic emulsion), EVA(Ethylene vinyl acetate), 폴리졸(Polysol), 물(Water)이 혼합된 친환경 수성 접착제 조성물에 2∼3분간 함침하는 제2단계(S2)와, 상기 제2단계(S2)를 거쳐 친환경 수성 접착제 조성물에 함침된 재활용 펄프원지를 이용하여 성형기를 통해 화분 형상을 성형한 후, 70∼140℃의 열풍으로 25∼35분간 건조하여 화분을 건조 완성하는 제3단계(S3)를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 재활용 펄프원지를 이용한 방수성 화분의 제조방법이다.
