A method for treatment of a human patient for Alzheimer's disease (AD) comprises sequentially administering multiple doses of a recombinant, fully human, anti-amyloid beta monoclonal antibody to the patient. In preferred embodiments, the antibody is administered in increasing amounts over a period of time. In preferred embodiments, the susceptibility of the patient to amyloid related imaging abnormalities (ARIA) is thereby reduced.Un método para el tratamiento de un paciente humano contra la enfermedad de Alzheimer (AD) comprende administrar al paciente de manera secuencial múltiples dosis de un anticuerpo monoclonal recombinante completamente humano contra el beta amiloide.
