The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing fermented cosmetics and, more particularly, to a device for manufacturing fermented cosmetics, the device comprising: a housing part (100) for protecting inside； a body part (200) for accommodating cosmetics； a temperature adjustment part (300) arranged around the body part (200) to adjust temperature inside the body part (200) for fermentation； and an input part (400) placed on top of the housing part (100) to manually input temperature for fermentation. The device for manufacturing cosmetics according to the present invention comprises the housing part (100), the body part (200), the temperature adjustment part (300) and the input part (400), thus enhances the activity of microorganisms by performing fermentation under optimal temperature conditions and accordingly can manufacture fermented cosmetics that is fresh and has excellent qualities such as absorption to the skin.본 발명은 발효 화장품 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 내부를 보호하기 위한 하우징부(100), 화장품을 수용할 수 있는 몸체부(200), 몸체부(200) 주위에 배치되어 발효를 위해 몸체부(200) 내의 온도를 조절하기 위한 온도 조절부(300) 및 하우징부(100) 상에 위치하여 발효를 위한 온도를 수동으로 입력하기 위한 입력부(400)를 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 발효 화장품 제조 장치에 따르면, 하우징부(100), 몸체부(200), 온도 조절부(300) 및 입력부(400)를 포함함으로써, 최적 온도 조건에서 즉석으로 발효를 진행하여 미생물의 활성이 증가하게 되고, 이로 인해 신선하면서도 피부 흡수성 등의 품질이 우수한 발효 화장품을 제조할 수 있다.
