According to the present invention, the closed end type cerebral aneurysm clip includes: first and second ligation units which are arranged to face each other while maintaining the shape of a closed end including a loop shape and a clamp adjusting unit which is connected to the individual first and second ligation units arranged to face each other while maintaining the shape of a closed end including the loop shape in order to apply a clamp function for ligating at least partial areas of blood vessels including the aneurysms with the first and second ligation units facing each other as well as maintaining the clamp function.
