To provide a sowing machine-cum-fertilizer/pesticide sprayer with a static discharge function.SOLUTION: The sowing machine-cum-fertilizer/pesticide sprayer comprises: a body consisting of a frame structure； a hopper storing seeds to be sown； a sowing plate made of a conductive material and discharging the seeds stored inside the hopper to the outside； informing means sensing static electricity generated from the sowing plate to inform a user； driving means rotating the sowing plate； a plow for discharging the static electricity released from the sowing plate, to the ground, while forming a sowing groove on the ground； and soil covering means covering the seeds fallen in the groove with soil. This configuration can prevent poor sowing caused by static electricity generated from the sowing plate and allow a user to sow seeds accurately by recognizing the generation of the electricity through a visual-aural method. The machine further includes: vibrating means to prevent a jam of the seeds during the seed sowing； and a fertilizer/pesticide spraying part to highly efficiently perform fertilizer/pesticide spraying work simultaneously with the sowing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
