A spraying device capable of easily discharging a residue in a hopper is provided. A spraying device includes a hopper 2 in which an object to be sprayed is stored, a shutter 6 that opens or closes a bottom discharge port 2B of the hopper, and a feeding device 3 that is attached to the bottom of the hopper. The feeding device includes a support frame 3B that supports a rotationally driven feeding roll 3A, and the support frame is hinged to the bottom of the hopper by a shaft 3D so that the bottom discharge port can be freely opened.
