PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic of non-rinsing-off type good in finger passableness through the hair in its application, causing no creakiness of the hair in its application, eliminating hair meandering, and enabling the hair to be trimmed pliably, smoothly and naturally.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic of non-rinsing-off type comprises (A) a toluenesulfonic acid or a salt thereof, (B) an organic acid or a salt thereof and (C) an organic solvent with a ClogP of -2 to 3 selected from the group consisting of aromatic alcohol, N-alkylpyrrolidone, alkylene carbonate, polypropylene glycol, lactone and cyclic ketone.
